Chris is a Real estate Agent with Curbperfect Real Estate Team. He started off his Real Estate Career as an assistant to Mike Wu and Ash Hammad learning all aspects of their diverse business. Chris also lends his management skills to the Curbperfect renovations. In this role, Chris helps Mike and Ash to keep projects on track for the various properties the renovate.

Before joining Curbperfect in 2017, Chris worked in Sales and Management for over 20 years for a diverse range of organizations, including DirectTV, Verizon, Destination XL , Columbia Sportswear and KB TOYS Inc.

Chris’s varied background in sales, training and management provided the perfect foundation for Real Estate sales. Chris’s attention to detail has served him well in helping identify his clients needs and in getting what they want. He has successfully served a wide range of clients, from your next door neighbor to high end clients including CEOs, Professional Athletes and Musicians, just to name a few.

Chris is also a professional musician and can be seen playing around Los Angeles at any of the local clubs. Chris plays drums and percussion and has played with notable artists/ bands such as Hepcat, Get out, Peter Brandon, Boogsie Sharp, Greg Vail, Brandon Fields, Tommy Walker, Bobby Shew, Keith Jones (Santana) just to name a few.. Chris has also played with Pacific Symphony, Pacific Symphony Orchestra and the Debut Orchestra.
